RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE KISS MARTINI
1/4 Cup Mint Infused Simple Syrup, plus more for rim
3 Chocolate Coookies
1/4 cup of Vodka
2 tbsp Cranberry Juice
Fill a shallow dish with enough simple syrup to just cover the bottom. Place crushed cookies in another shallow dish. Invert a martini glass into simple syrup and then immediately into crushed cookies to coat the rim of the glass.
Place raspberries in a cocktail shaker; crush with a muddler. Add simple syrup and muddle again. Add vodka and cranberry juice; fill shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass. Serve immediately.

3 parts Chocolate milk (store bought or homemade)
1 part Sauza Silver Tequila
1 part strawberry puree or daiquiri mix
chocolate covered strawberry
Combine chilled chocolate milk, Sauza and strawberry puree in a tall glass. Stir vigorously to combine. Pour into a glass and garnish with a chocolate covered strawberry.

SPARKLING WINTER SANGRIA
1 c. St-Germain liqueur
1/2 c. superfine sugar
3/4 c. green grapes Spiced Rum
1/2 small ruby red grapefruit
2 bottles Prosecco
In a medium bowl, combine St-Germain liqueur and superfine sugar; whisk together until sugar dissolves. Add green grapes, tangerines, and ruby red grapefruit; toss to combine.
Refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. To serve, spoon some fruit and about 1 tablespoon liquid into each glass. Divide bottles chilled Prosecco among glasses.
